One of the married women in the Balthazar video that went viral, Cristina, has stated that she plans to sue the lawmaker.
For the first time since the videos were made public, she disclosed that she and Balthazar had decided that the recordings would be removed after they were made.
When she woke up one day and saw the films everywhere on social media, it kind of knocked her off balance because Baltasar hadn’t deleted them as promised.
As a result, she has made the decision to make a complaint against him for breach of contract and is prepared to investigate the matter further.
She said, “The videos I see circulating are videos that were not consented to, and on the few occasions they were, they were deleted after viewing.“
“So, I don’t know where these images that I am now seeing are coming from, and I want to know their source. That’s why I am here filing a complaint against him.“
“We were a couple, so I believe that anything can happen in the bedroom; you can do anything with your partner there.”
“There’s an image they say is circulating. I was there myself when he and I were deleting that image, so I don’t know where it’s coming from now.”
