The media personality Bola Ray who serves as CEO of EIB Network Group, has received official notification to lead Ghana’s Country Board during Global Entrepreneurship Festival (GEF) 2025.
The business and creative industry of Ghana reached a major milestone as GEF recognized Bola Ray for his “exceptional portfolio in media business leadership and nation-building.”
The GEF Board officially declared Bola Ray possesses the visionary qualities along with entrepreneurship expertise that Africa requires. The GEF Board announced that Bola Ray brings exceptional experience together with visionary ideas to lead their group.
“His dedication to supporting African entrepreneurs perfectly matches the organizational mission of inspiring and connecting businesses to transform entrepreneurial development throughout the continent,” the board state.
In his statement regarding his appointment Bola Ray showed enthusiasm and appreciation while expressing
“GEF 2025 is a movement. I feel privileged to serve Ghana through this position because I intend to establish enduring effects by connecting ideas with people to create opportunities.“

The Global Business Mixer and high-level press conference of April 25, 2025, will take place in Accra before the upcoming festival. Top business people, government officials, and media representatives will participate in GEF 2025 to examine the African entrepreneurial industry and Ghana’s emerging business leadership position.
The Global Entrepreneurship Festival will operate from November 21 to 23, 2025, at the Entrepreneurship Village in Nigeria, where participants from all of Africa will meet as innovators alongside investors and changemakers alongside policymakers.
The leadership of Bola Ray will make GEF 2025 a more consequential event for Ghana because the country aims to establish itself as Africa’s leading entrepreneurial hub and innovation centre.
