Afrobeat artist Dennis Nana Dwamena, who goes by the stage name KiDi, aired his preferences for a serious relationship with women during his latest interview.
During his appearance on Rants, Bants, and Confessions, KiDi made it clear that women with numerous previous sexual relationships would not be his match.
Social media users have engaged in numerous conversations about this topic after KiDi expressed his thoughts about the type of woman he wants in 2025.
According to KiDi, the number of sexual partners in casual relationships matters less to him, but he places importance on body count when dating for long-term commitment or marriage.
KiDi said he does not care about the number of sexual partners if the relationship stays casual.
“To those I would name as my partners, I care about their previous relationships. “
According to KiDi, he seeks a significant bond that exists independently from past relationships, which might introduce unnecessary emotional complications. He stated his desire to avoid walking into spaces where many men check out one another.
“A woman who has shared her physical self and emotional essence with numerous men does not appeal to me. Meeting you creates a feeling that I am seeing a version of yourself which seems deeply degraded,” he explained.

The musician received criticism on social media for his comments about body count because some fans supported his views and others found them judgemental. People maintain their self-worth, and a potential relationship should not be determined by their past sexual experiences.
During the podcast interview, KiDi discussed his relationship preferences by talking about what kind of person he seeks out in romantic relationships.
His emotional connection requirements and his perspective on previous relationships demonstrate his intention to establish long-lasting bonds with someone who avoids previous emotional difficulties.
Although the music industry is paying attention to KiDi while he releases new hits and works with artists like Gyakie on their track “Cheat on Me,” his personal life remains a strong point of public curiosity.
Audience and fans will likely sustain their discussion about KIDI’s relationship theories and his opinion on partner compatibility as well as sexual activities.
