Popular Ghanaian actor and comedian Kwadwo Nkansah, known as Lil Win, used his 38th birthday celebration to provide kindness to disadvantaged individuals. Against the traditional party scene, the award-winning Kumawood star dedicated his celebration day to caring for society.
Lil Win led his team to the Offinso Masses St. Patrick’s Government Hospital on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, in the Ashanti Region. He conducted a personal visit of all hospital wards to interact with patients and check their medical status. During his hospital visit, the actor learnt about patient hardships and medical expenses, so he paid off the medical bills for multiple patients.
The generous payment marks only the beginning of his generosity. Lil Win, together with his publicist, Akwadaa Nyame, and his collaborators, proceeded to the hospital’s administrative section to eliminate unpaid charges of numerous patients.
The administrator, alongside the Catholic priest, expressed appreciation to the star while he received blessings from the local priest.
Hospital staff organized a birthday celebration for Lil Win along with taking photographs while expressing their gratitude for his compassionate deeds.
After his charitable donation to hospital personnel, Lil Win took pictures beside his Dodge Ram vehicle before departing.
Following Offinso, the birthday kindness tour continued to other healthcare facilities throughout the region. Lil Win concentrated his charitable activities at healthcare facilities across the region by paying medical bills at the St. FF Special Hospital in Denase and providing financial assistance at Ahenkrom Government Hospital and Boamang Government Hospital.

To that effect, social media users showered praise on Lil Win because of his kindhearted donation. The fan expressed their thoughts by saying, “This individual deserves to receive money permanently without limit.” May God bless you.” Your persistence receives divine blessings, according to another individual.
Lil Win has already donated to his community on previous occasions. In 2024 he dedicated his resources toward upgrading the medical facility in his birthplace, Kwaman Ahenkro, which resides in the Ashanti Region.
